The FLF are delighted to announce that Tadmarton Golf Club has picked the Follicular Lymphoma Foundation as their chosen charity through 2024. Known affectionally as Taddy, the club has a long history in supporting charities and hopes to raise as much money as possible for the FLF through many events planned for the year.
One of our team had a catch up with the men’s captain, John Horton, who said that the FLF was an easy choice, as both he and the ladies’ captain, Gail Reynolds, know people living with follicular lymphoma.
Huge thanks to the Tadmarton Heath Golf Club for hosting a charity event that raised over £6,000 for the Follicular Lymphoma Foundation! The day was filled with fantastic golf, delicious food, a silent auction, and a raffle – all to support follicular lymphoma research.
We are extremely grateful to John and Gail, and all the efforts of their fellow golfers, their families and friends for their generosity. The money raised will go towards our mission of finding better treatments for patients, and a cure for FL.
